I wanted to change my address and requested a call back. I received a call within 5 minutes of requesting the call back. Operator was efficient, fast and extremely helpful. Helped me to confirm and change my address, emailed me the new policy docs while still on the phone and confirmed the premium change (which was only a R2 increase). Really great service
