I wanted a quick car insurance quote, but unlike other sites that provide it instantly, Outsurance required a 25-minute call just to get the details. The price quoted was also significantly higher than competitors. On the plus side, the sales lady was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. However, I ended up receiving far too many follow-up calls.
