I want OUT!!
I’m disappointed with them,I was debited by them when all I needed was a quote!!

Thank you for your response, although alarming. It is a serious transgression for an advisor to issue a policy without consent.
Our sales manager audited the call. It was agreed you want us to activate cover for you as from 1 February 2020.
We did however cancel the policy for you and the resubmission of unpaid premium has been cancelled.
