I used to have my cellphone devices insured with another insurer. They did not want to insure me again after I submitted a claim in a space of 2 years I then went onto Outsurance as they already cover my vehicle, and I was assisted by a gentleman who was really professional. Call only lasted about 8 minutes and I was covered by the end of the call That's what we consumers want, to get covered quickly and the process needs to be seamless Thumbs up to Outsurance
