I used the Outsurance app to make changes to my policy. Within seconds I had a call back and after explaining my requirements I was put through to Owen. I explained my life-changes and that I had decided to reduce my cover and remove certain things. Owen went through my policy with me, explained that my decision was not sound and why. He then offered me alternatives which made sense. He then also reviewed my total cover and managed to reduce my monthly payment with a few changes but no changes to my critical cover. Amazing service from Owen and Outsurance. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
