I used the app to register a warranty claim. Quick and effortless. Not long afterwards I received a phone call from a friendly advisor. I explained everything and I was advised that I would receive a claim number. This happened almost immediately and I also received a follow up email. I sent it to the service centre and they emailed all required documents to Outsurance. This was on Friday. On Monday afternoon I received confirmation that my claim had been approved.
