I used the app to ask for a call to change my policy. I very soon received a professional and efficient call from the agent to change an out and about item. The agent was friendly, attentive, and patient while I looked for the necessary information for the changes I wanted made. He answered my questions clearly about other aspects of my policy which had drawn my attention. I never got the impression the call was scripted, rather, I had a very helpful chat to resolve my queries. Thank you for this service!
