I unfortunately had a bumper bashing and immediately made contact with the claims department Maggie was on the phone with me guiding me through the necessary process and within a few minutes she mailed me the claim number which I could send onto the third party I am 74 so was very ashamed of what had happened but she made it so easy with such positive feedback that I immediately felt relaxed Although I have lost my out bonus it doesn't matter I have definitely spread the word out to all my friends telling them of out surance incredible and professional service Thank you so much Best regards nyria Wheeler 🙏
