I tried to join outsurance on the essential cover, they make it sound nice but it's a total reap off

I tried to join outsurance on the essential cover, they make it sound nice but it's a total reap off. I'm disappointed at the fact that the insurer ommited that they pay 40%of the car value when it is written off in case of an accident. Also read on the policy document that incase of an accident I'm responsible to tow and store the car until they send someone for evaluation + it doesn't cover windscreen 😒
