I this the second time I have claimed and in both instances I have had a really good experience. Firstly within a couple of hours from my claim I was contacted to take it for assessment and after assessment I was contacted by the auto repairer and was informed to bring my car in. From the time of the claim it took just two days for all the strangeness to be made. Their level of communication is very commendable
