I think it is a very bad product - maybe convincing untill Outsurance must pay out

The option of vehicles less than R125000 and not financed. I had this option at Outsurance on all my vehicles. One of the vehicles was worth about R89000. My son (preferred driver) was is an accident at Harrysmith and the car was write off. The policy states that you may keep the wreck and an amount will be payed out. I was very surprised to learn that I could sold the wreck and use the money to buy a new car. Eventually the full amount that I received was R20000-00 TO BUY A NEW CAR. I left Outsurance but now they offer me to join again and pay me R1500. I had to buy another vehicle buthad to use my savingsmoney as Outsurance only paid a limited amount and still deduct the access. This is a ******* I am going to place it on Facebook to warn people I waited 2 weeks for the so called payment
