I sumitted a request for insurance and with in 1 minute a friendly assistant contacted me. She was friendly and from the start I heard that she knows the insurance trade inside and out, had the ability to communicate very well and listened to what I, the client wanted. She took me through the process and offered helpful information to ensure I get what I want. At the end she was able to give me a premium that is much better than my current insurer with whoem I have been with for over 12 years. Happy to have joined Outsurance.
