I submitted my accident claim on Monday the 27th January 2024. Tuesday the following day my car was booked for assessment at glassfit. On Wednesday the agent called me notifying me about the results of the assessments and told me that they also received quotation from the panel beater and already submitted a booking for me. It was my very first time claiming from outsurance since i joined them in December 2019 and I was worried because people were saying the insurance camponies are taking forever to resolve the claim, but with outsurance everything was finalized within 3 days.
