I submitted a query on the OUTsurance App and within 5 minutes I was called by one of OUTsurance's service providers, a gentleman by the name of Alu Mawelewele. The professionalism and care from Alu was out of this world! He manages to sort my query out in less than 10 minutes and made absolutely no mistakes at all. Alu was friendly and fun and I really enjoyed what I expected to be a tedious task with my insurer.
