I submitted a claim online for a solar geyser not getting hot. Within minutes I was contacted and offered assistance! Everything went so smoothly after that ..... 2 days later I had a new geyser installed. It actually seems a bit surreal. Usually when "stuff" happens it's a nightmare. Thank you to all involved at Outsurance for getting the job done!!
