I submitted a claim on my pet insurance, it took less than 5 min to process and my claim was paid out in the same day. As a result, I am now in the process of moving all my insurances to Outsurance. The consultants are knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely efficient to deal with. Well done team Outsurance 🤗
