I submitted a claim for my dog who injured in a fight. I loaded the claim via their website, within an hour my claim was processed and the service consultant phoned me to confirm the claim. Furthermore, my dog had to have a second visit to the vet because the stitches came out hence requiring a second claim . The service consultant advised me to submit the invoices and consolidate the claims together. At all times, I was treated with patience and a lot of empathy which is highly appreciated.
