I spoke to Mathew in the pet insurance department who was absolutely friendly professional. I needed home insurance as well and told me someone would be calling me which they did . Unfortunately I do not remember the lady's name however she was just as professional and helpful. I'm happy to say I am now new member of the outsurance home and pet insurance family.
