I spoke to a lady, I think her name was Zanele. She was very patient with me. She listened to all my concerns, cause I was ready to look for another insurance due to my premiums going up. Yhooo, she managed to bring them down. I'm happy and I'm staying with Outsurence. Times are tough, so when you get someone willing to listen and try to help as much as they can, it's so refreshing.
