I sms'd CAR and was immediately phoned. The staff are friendly and efficient and gave me a very acceptable quote. I phoned back the following day to correct some information that I had got wrong. The recalculated quote was a bit higher than I was comfortable with. I was put through to the review desk and it was reduced significantly. It felt like a miracle
