I sent my claim on a Sunday and first thing on Monday I received a call from Mildred unfortunately I couldn’t pick up the call because I was busy and she left all the information to and steps to follow and thereafter everything went as explained.Within 48 I was allocated a place where I will be contacted and arrangements will be made on when to bring the car. I am using public transportation right now but I am not stressed at all because of the information and how it was conveyed made me to be at ease.
