I sent an call request on a Sunday and Monday, I received the call. That was a very awesome turnaround time. The agent was the same agent I had a year ago and he was still as friendly as he was the previous year. Gave me the best advice and was kind and a good listener. The fact that I did not take the previous policy, bothered him NOT. How awesome. He is the best that Outsurance can have, a keeper if you know what I mean. Thank you outsurance
