I sent a please call through my outsurance app, within 5 minutes I received a call

I sent a please call through my outsurance app, within 5 minutes I received a call. All personnel that I interacted with were friendly, patient and helpful. I was able to remove and add items on my policy. Updated Policy schedules were sent immediately for my perusal. I will review changes after 3 days after the last item is removed
