I requested fir a review of my current premiums and was given a reduction. However I decided to explore other short term insurance for a quote. I did get one that was about 15% cheaper and opting to make the change but contacted outsurance to check if they could improve or match the quote.The call centre lady reveiwed but advised that no further reduction was possible.I then advised her of the quote I received that was a lot cheaper.She informed me of the pros and cons of staying with outsurance vs the other insurer viz.company ranking, outbonus,range of auto repairs that outsurance had available in my area, etc. Based on this information I compared what the other company offered and concluded that I will remain with outsurance despite the cost difference.
