I requested an adjustment my premium. The lady that helped me reassured me she understood my concern. After explaining I am a pensioner that recieved a very poor increase for the year she said let me see what I can do. We'll 30 seconds later she gave me the good news and my instalment was adjusted to help my affordability. The process was very polite, direct and to the point. It was a pleasure to be handled in this manner. Well done
