I requested a quote via email and 2 minutes later received a call. The verif8cation was done swiftly and my questions answered rapidly. The whole service was efficient and friendly, and within 10 minutes I was notified that I am now going to pay R100 less than before. I have been with Outsurance for 22 years and am very happy with the service.
