I requested a quote online and got a message stating one of their consultants will contact me shortly. Unfortunately I received a call out for work in a remote area where cellphones reception is not available and they could not get hold of me for three days. After three days of numerous phone calls to my phone, they never gave up and finally got hold of me on the fourth day. The guy on the line was very helpful and spoke very clearly. After just a few minutes my new(second hand) car was covered and I could rest easy whilst my son brought my car through from Jburg to Phalaborwa Thanks for not giving up
