I requested a call on the OUTsurance app to get an estimation for cover for household items such as furniture. Seeing I was already a client on life cover, it made sense to continue to trust them with my furniture. Being in my 20s I realised it’s time to adult up! As I now live alone. I recieved a call from the great Donovan. My experience on call with him was informative, open and clear. His approach to me was professional and kind. I felt as if I’ve known him for some time and that created a level of trust allowing me to question and correct when necessary.
