I requested a call back on the OUTsurance App 2 weeks ago when me & my husband decided we want to grow our pet family🐾 The very next day, MMATHABO MUBU called me to request certain information about our new furbabies which I didn’t have as they were still with their mommy. MMATHABO MUBU confirmed that she will give me a call on 27 August 2026 to discuss the furbabies, which I did not pay any attention to because people usually NEVER call you back👀 BUT MMATHABO MUBU CALLED ME BACK💪🫶 After our furbabies’ first visit to the Vet, I could give her all of the relevant information required to add our new kitties to our existing Pet Cover! She even assisted me with amazing discount & now all our furbabies are covered🙏🏻🫶🐾 Thanks again MMATHABO MUBU for your outstanding service & keep up the great work etiquette!!
