I requested a call back for a car insurance quotation. Within a minute, I received a call from a consultant by the name of Buhle if I'm not mistaken. She firstly asked how she could assist with a warm voice. That on its own assured me that she would listen and help. She sympathized with my experience with the previous insurance company and also gave advice to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. She sounded well trained and knew her product. I must say, Im very impressed with all Outsurance consultants I spoke to since last week Friday. They all have a good customer service.
