I reported that my house had been struck by lightning and that the Gate Motor that had totally burnt out and that there was no chance of opening the gate. OUTsurance became totally involved in calling one of their local crew to our rescue in a few minutes they arrived and forced the gate open we all agreed that OUTsurance are an extraordinary company sympathetic and concerned about their customers. It must've been 15 hours the claim had been accepted and a new Gate Motor was installed and operating and payment was settled immediately. This was the best experience that I've ever encountered with any Insurance Company.
