I recieved a call from Phumla whereby she was making a follow-up on my referral from my OUTSURANCE APP. She was very polite, vocal, professional, kind... After the referral clarity she went an extra mile to ask if I was ok woth my policy/services then she indicated that my premium had increased and I had a concern regarding that. She transferred me to Lebo Adams as she is the person working in that department of premiums, Lebo was just as Phumla and she was so friendly and accommodative, so professional she showed that she knows/understand her work whereby she really looked into my premium and she assisted me with a discount. As of June 2025 i will be paying R200 or so less than my previous premium. Thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼 for her and Phumla, their work ethics 👌🏻 they know how to work/deal with customers.
