I recently went online to request a quote from OUTsurance after a less-than-ideal experience with my current insurer. I had barely hit “submit” when I received a call — and although I regret not remembering the gentleman’s name, his service was genuinely outstanding. He made the entire interaction enjoyable, added a bit of humour, and still remained empathetic and understanding when discussing my recent experience with my insurer and a minor fender bender I had in September. Not only did OUTsurance beat my current premium, but they also offered a lower excess and better overall cover. I was insured with OUTsurance before and later moved over to my husband’s policy — and I honestly couldn’t be happier to be back. Thank you, OUTsurance. If possible, please track down the gentleman who assisted me and pass on my appreciation. He truly deserves recognition… and perhaps even a promotion and a raise! 😉
