I recently used Help@out on the app for the first time

I recently used Help@out on the app for the first time. My geyser had gone cold. Immediately after I pressed the call me button they called. He said he will get a plumber to my right away. About 2 mins later I received an sms to to say the plumber will be there in 25 mins and he was. Replaced the element, which I paid for and the job was done 20 mins later. The call out fee and labour was paid for by outsurance. Within an hour my problem was solved. I haven't received a better service from anyone, ever. The service is outstanding and the app is working perfectly. Thank you Vanessa
