I recently tried to get a vehicle insurance quotation from you, but unfortunately the offer was not competitive. The premium quoted was about R1,000 higher than what I currently pay with my existing insurer, which is a significant difference. In addition to that, the excess they quoted was also much higher than what I currently have. Because of both the higher monthly premium and the higher excess, it didn’t make financial sense for me to switch
