I recently took out an extended warranty policy with Outsurance. My previous policy costed R460 and outsurance costs more than R100 less whilst the product offering is similar. Kevin, who assisted me, was very thorough in explaining the policy and the added benefits it came with (panic assist, cash back etc.) This swayed me further in signing up as I'm truly getting value for my money
