I recently submitted a claim to Outsurance regarding the spare wheel that was ****** on my car and the service i received was excellent. There was no submit this and that. All they asked was the vehicle details and where the incident happened and when did it happen. There was no document that was requested. Overall, i give you guys 10 out of 10 and i recommend Outsurance to any person looking for a car insurance.
