I recently submitted a claim on pet insurance with Outsurance, after an emergency veterinary consult for my dog. The claims agent Thando Sotshongani, who was assigned to assist with my claim was very helpful, always friendly, patient and gave me a lot of information on how the process works, as this was my first pet insurance claim. She also constantly kept me updated with regards to the progress of my claim and answered all my questions. Overall I had a very positive experience with the submission of my claim.
