I recently purchased a car and the dealership asked my permission to have Outsurance give a call. I received a call from a very nice gentleman (Im sorry, Im terrible with rembering names). I mean, I hadn't even left the dealership yet. The call was great we did a quote. I wanted to shop around first before I committing but the guy said, wait lets see what we can do. After some tweaks, we managed to get the quote down to an affordable amount for me. It was quick and easy. I wish all customer service companies operated like that. I'm a happy client for sure.
