I recently phoned Outsurance to enquire about why my 3 vehicles have very different excesses ... they explained this to my total satisfaction and then, to my surprise and delight, the agent offered to help me further by lowering one of my cars' premiums slightly. This showed me some amazing integrity by Outsurance and their staff ... I got something OUT, even when I was not 'in' for it. I am definitely likely to be staying with folks and insurers like you, for another 20+ years! Outsutance, you guys are fantastic!!
