I recently needed a good premium for car insurance. Outsurance was swift, and painless. They also provided the lowest, most comprehensive package with a lower excess, than any other the other big names. I was pleasantly impressed. Firstly because the premium and excess was low and secondly because the whole experience with the agent was pleasant. They also did not force me to have a tracker.
