I recently moved back to Outsurance 1st January 2026, my daughter was involved in an accident, through no fault of her own, 9th January 2026. When you get that phone call from your child crying saying she's in an accident, its the scariest moment in a parents life. We rushed to the scene and were met by an accredited outsurance towtruck service, called Pitbull towing, already on scene and they were so helpful. They called outsurance for me where I spoke with a call centre operator. She immediately approved the towing and the claim which followed, relieving what was a traumatic experience at the time dealing with the 3 car pile-up issue. I'm so happy being back at outsurance with professional and fast working people having your best interests at heart.
