I recently logged a claim and was assisted by Bronwyn Ogle. She was very professional, kept to her word as to when she will call back, explained all the steps to with regards to the entire claim process and discussed options where apicable.... She gave impeccable service and was very friendly too. Outsurance... Don't let go of her.
