I recently interacted with consultant Zondi who went out of his way to assist me. At the outset he confirmed that in the event of our call being disconnected he would be able to call me back, when unable to assist me with my query he undertook to find out from another department and call me back. Within 30min Zondi had called me back despite Outsurance not offering the product I was looking for. He went further out of his way to ensure that I had no other queries which reminded me that I in fact did and then went over and above to assist. The end result...a 16.5% reduction in my premium.
