I recently had to file a claim with Outsurance for a chipped/cracked windscreen. I'm usually a very impatient person and dreaded calling. That fateful day I made the call. To my surprise there was no waiting time. The consultant was quick and effecient. I was barely done with the information requested when a few messages popped up regarding registering of my claim and the next steps that would follow.
