"I recently had the best service from Outsurance and their agent, Mamello. After an accident, my car went to the panel beaters, but I noticed a flapping noise afterwards. I called Outsurance and Mamello was incredible; he contacted the panel beaters immediately, who called me back within minutes. The issue was fixed quickly, and Mamello even followed up to make sure everything was okay. Outstanding service from start to finish!"
