I recently had an interaction with OUTsurance and overall the service was professional and efficient. The consultant was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the process smooth and easy to understand. However, I do feel that the excess amounts need to be reviewed. My current insurer offers a lower premium without excess, which makes it difficult to justify switching at this stage. I believe more competitive excess options would make OUTsurance even more attractive to potential clients. That said, I appreciate the good customer service and transparency throughout the process.
