I recently had a claim due to a taxi crashing into me and my claim was approved almost immediately. Literally the same day. I was assisted professionally whilst at the scene, explained what to do and was given pro active feedback from the minute I called Outsurance. My claims advisor, the legal department and service provider attending to the repair are amazing with constant updates and willingness to assist. When it comes to customer service, hassel free claims process and just good honest insurance, Outsurance is simply the best. Although I lost my no claim bonus, the experience and service I received is worth a million times more than my out bonus. I would rather lose the out bonus and get THE BEST customer experience overall from day 1. Guess that why they say 'you always get something out'
