I recently had a car accident - not my fault - the other party was not willing to claim. I claimed from Outsurance. The online process was very easy to follow. The staff at Willowbridge were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable - explained the whole process to me. And within a week I received the payout to have my car fixed at a company of my choice. Another incident - a broker approached me to change insurance companies. When Outsurance heard about this they offered to drop my monthly premium by R200! As a pensioners aged 70 this is a very welcome gesture. Although I forfeited my claim bonus because of my car claim, I look forward to being claim free for 3 years to qualify for my next bonus ! Outsurance remains the best.
