I recently contacted OUTsurance to update my banking details. To be honest, I had been dragging my feet because insurance calls are usually long and boring. But wow—what a refreshing experience! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tshego, and she completely changed my perception. She was efficient, friendly, and so welcoming that I didn’t even notice how long the call was. I actually found myself calling her “chomi” and opening up to her about a few personal matters—something I’ve never done on an insurance call! If I wasn’t financially strained at the moment, I would’ve gladly signed up for some of the great offers she shared. I've even referred a few friends and sincerely hope she benefits from that—in the words of OUTsurance, of course! "You always get something out"! Tshego is truly in the right profession. I have no doubt that with her attitude and people skills, she’s destined for leadership. She deserves to be recognised and I trust she’ll grow into an executive role one day. 🌟
